Detailed Product Description
Features of HDPE water supply pipe line:
1) Extruder: adopting a BM screw which allows great output, lower melting
temperature and lower energy consumption
2) Vacuum calibrator: equipped with multi-section water membrane cooling
system which meets the requirement of thicker wall pipe or large diameter
pipe extrusion with high quenching spraying water cooling system with three
cooling baths made of stainless steel to ensure pipe cooling equably and
optimum cooling result
3) Caterpillar haul-off unit: haul-off speed adjusted by PLC control system
