Brief introduction of GRP/FRP continuous winding pipe line technics:

It is continuous process of winding continuous production to produce GRP pipe and storage tanks. Applying the FRP mixing pression layer to a moving continuous molds. The Molds is formed by a continuous steel strip which is fixed on the horizontal axis. By a membrane winding directly on the mold, at the same time cutting quartz yarn, polyester yarn or other raw materials for fittest distribution to the mold. At last, using of the voile for surface winded on the pipeline and transporte to the solidifying position to on-line cutting and polishing.
