Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic Pipe (GRP) Continuous Production Line
Production Technology:
GRP and storetank Continuous production technology means moving glass fibre mixture to one moving mould. Mould is formed by one aclinic mandrel winding by one continuouse steel belt.
Operation procedure: Firstly, the films are winding on the moulds, next directly take yarn, quartz sand and polyester resin mixture to the moulds, at last cover one surface yarn.
After winding, the pipes become solidified and then cutting and burnishing on line.
